Your Precinct 1 Union committee is excited to report that on Tuesday, September 30th, during the Commissioner's Court meeting, as members of the committee we expressed gratitude in their favor for the Handy-SEIU victory on our salary increase for 2009 and the over time pay for qualified employees due to Hurricane Dolly and for future disasters.  Your numbers count...
